I tried sending $400 and Paypal put a hold on it. 24 hours later its still on hold. Called them today and was told it would be at least 72 hours before the hold would be resolved. Told them the payment is due today and I can't wait another 2 days, and I just wanted to cancel the transaction. They said they cannot cancel it. Horrible way of doing business - last time I ever use Paypal.
