Dominican Republic Banks That Can Accept PayPal Payments

I am trying to create a PayPal business account for a company in the Dominican Republic.  

NOTE:  They cannot use Banco Popular.

What other banks can accept/process PayPal payments in the Dominican Republic?

Can't withdraw funds with Dominican Republic PayPal accounts unless you have a US bank account.

But then again, it says here you can: https://www.paypal.com/do/webapps/mpp/withdraw-funds?locale.x=en_DO

Try going to your Account Settings (wheel icon) > My Settings > Log in with PayPal > Change

to remove the bank link and then try to relink your bank account with the instructions in the second link.

A US bank account is not a problem.  We can set one up if necessary. 

I just need to know which banks (by name - example Banco Santa Cruz or Banco Leon, etc) in the Dominican Republic (other than Banco Popular) can be set up for a PayPal account.
