I seen in my email that I have an offer to get set up with Paypal's mastercard, but the current issue posed to me is that I don't have a bank account and can't set one up for a little while. So, is there a way for me to load cash in hand directly onto my Paypal to be used with the mastercard? I just wanted to know if I could ACTUALLY use it before I applied for it. 🙂
