Discover Bank Checking Account

Hello, I've been looking for a simple checking account to link & verify my PayPal account. A lot of these banks that I've been looking into seem to have problems being linked to PayPal such as Ally & CapitalOne Checking 360... I just applied for Discover Bank's checking account so that I could use it with PayPal. Anyone have experience with Discover Bank's online checking account? If so, did you have any problems linking it to your PayPal account? Thanks in advance for the answers.

Paypal doesn't normally accept 'virtual' banks.

I am getting the following error when I try to link my new checking account:

"We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later."

Is paypal having issues? Or is this happening because the bank account is less than 30 days old?

Discover is a REAL bank. They have physical locations and also is a huge credit card based side as well.

I also find via Google Search pages that report Discover and PayPal have some "Deal" so I know they work together.
