Disconnected My Bank Account

I went to transfer money my Bank Account and somehow it has been disconnected!  I have tried adding it back in, but I keep receiving a error message from Paypal.  Now I have been on hold for over 40 minutes with Paypal and am thoroughly frustrated.  Anyone experience this or have solutions?

Same problem. PayPal has disconnected a perfectly healthy bank account. This has created problems for me and PayPal. PayPal's system is dysfunctional as any attempts to re-add the bank account are met with this message from PayPal: "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." The people running PayPal's business are not able to satisfy customers.
