I have an account with a balance of -170ILS from a so called “business” I used to have. Now I can’t remove it nor remove the credit card so I can enable it on another account to be able to pay for a thing I need pretty urgent. I can’t disable the account, can’t remove the credit card and I’m stuck. What can I do?
If you have a negative balance, you'll need to pay it before you can close an account or remove the card. There wouldn't be any way to use either the account or the card on a different account until this is done. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
