How do I obtain my routing and account number

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!

With Direct Deposit, you can have your paycheck, tax return, or government payment deposited directly to your PayPal account.

Here's how to set up Direct Deposit with PayPal:

1. Create a PayPal account by visiting www.PayPal.com and clicking Sign Up.
2. After you've created your PayPal account, get the PayPal Cash Debit Mastercard at www.PayPal.com/cashcard.
3. Once you've signed up for a PayPal Cash Debit Mastercard, we'll give you a routing and account number. Keep this information and provide it to your workplace or the government when asked for your Direct Deposit information.

If you already have a PayPal Cash Debit Mastercard, you also already have your own routing and account number. Here's how to find your Direct Deposit information on the PayPal website:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the Settings Icon in the top, right corner.
3. Click Account at the top of the page.
4. Click Set up or view direct deposit.

Here's how to find your Direct Deposit information in the PayPal App:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Tap the Settings Icon in the top, right corner.
3. Tap Direct Deposit.
