Direct deposit issues

I was supposed to receive my direct deposit today, I contacted my employer and they said they issued checks normally as they do every week and my funds should be in my account. I have messaged paypal with no answer and tried calling the number and after several rings I get a “call rejected” automated voice and it hangs up. I am at a loss for what I am supposed to do here. I have bills to pay and no paycheck. Anyone have this happen to them and if so how did you get your funds and how long did it take?

I'm sorry to hear of the trouble with your direct deposit. Is this the first time you're receiving a direct deposit on your PayPal account?
