I had received my long awaiting for unemployment funds from the state of Washington and now funds on hold from this direct deposit from the govt. How can I by pass having to prove this is my money I am entitled too and need desperately after waiting so long for another 21 days to release funds. This is unacceptable seems it shows who sent it. And I've been on hold for 40 min now and have sent 3 msgs to customer support the first msg I sent this morning at 930am. And can't reach anyone or get a msg back yet.
