Hi. I am from Malaysia. I am not sure about the following: 1) if I choose to withdraw money from PayPal to my debit card (which is actually my bank account), does it mean that I am actually withdrawing to my bank account? In Malaysia, our bank account is issued ATM and debit card as one card. 2) I know there is bank charge for withdrawal to my bank account but I don't know about withdrawal to debit card and how much charges are.
