Hello guys. I just withdrawed an amount of Euro to my back account but I didn`t receive the withdraw confirmation e-mail: " Your money`s on it`s way to your bank account" like i use to receive every time. It might be a problem? Any of you didn`t received it too once but still your money arrived in your bank account?

I am sorry about your issue. Please, check the status of your withdrawal in the Activity page of your account. If the status is "Completed" this means that the payment was completed successfully. If the status is "Pending" this means that the withdrawal is under review and it may take 24-72 hours in order to be "Completed" or "Reversed".
