Didn't get money received from buyer but they payed

I am a new seller on ebay and the buyer has payed but i havent got the money and i dont know why, it says on ebay that i have the money but its not in my account

Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down near the bottom and where it says payment methods check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?

Yeah i put in my email as my default paypal but now it says there is no email at all when i did what you said
