I had a friends credit card linked to my account and when i reached my Paypal spending limit i had to confirm the card. I didn`t complete this. My friend received his bank statement and the four digit pin wasn`t on there. I tried to use his card the other day and payment was declined. Will this be due to Paypal or the bank being suspicious that the card was never confirmed and may think it`s stolen so they may have frozen the card until my friend contacts the bank or card company to confirm?
