As the title suggests, I closed my previous account with my card still linked to it. I'm a very new user of PayPal and I did not know I had to remove my card before closing the account. Now I'm scared with what that would entail because that's the only card I've got that will work with PayPal.
P.S. do I really need to contact my bank to resolve this issue?
You could try cancelling the card and then adding the new one and see if that works OR contacting customer services and seeing if they can remove it for you.
Why the need to close and re-open an account?
