Trying to withdraw money from my paypal account but its telling me to add a bank account. I already have a bank account linked to my paypal account, I tried resetting the cookies on my browser, tried using a different browser. Called paypal but with no help to fix it. Call my bank and they have no issues. Does anyone experienced this problem before and is there a way to fix it?
