How can PayPal keep delaying my withdrawal. Before it used to inform me when my payment would be delayed but this evening I have to to make a withdrawal and it stated immediately but once I clicked confirm it then said it would be delayed for 24 hour. It’s ridiculous, I could use the money now hence why I wanted to withdraw it.
