Delay in balance update?

I made a payment 5 days ago using PayPal, and my balance has still not been updated. I also sent some money from my bank account to my PayPal, according to my bank it just got through yesterday. But there has been no change in my PayPal balance. I’ve not even received any emails about payments made or money received. Can someone explain why?

This is the exact same problem I'm having. It's been happening since Jan 28th, could started since January 22nd, but my payments are heavily delayed.

Yeah, I found that after making a second payment through PayPal, my balance had finally updated. A few days afterwards I made one more payment and my balance was stuck again, it later updated when I sent money through. They really need to fix this issue.
