Delay in Automatic withdrawal

I am having the same problem, since May 25th. My withdrawals used to go through within 24 hours and show up in my bank account. Now It's been three days already, but automatic withdrawal to my bank account has not yet happened and when I can't withdraw to my bank account manually as my PayPal account is restricted one. Can anyone tell when this issue is going to be resolved? Why there is no customer support email ID to raise such issue?
