Declined my dispute! (unauthorized transaction)

I filed a claimed unauthorized activity two days ago. Someone hacked my bank account through PP and ordered $350 shoes in website where I never heard about.  So I claimed but PP declined and they said it was not unauthorized. How they can say it is not unauthorized even I didn't know that purchase? I contact PP but still no response. Could you anyone can help how can I contact them and cancel this order and return my money back? Thank you.
