Debit cards for PayPal

I have a netspend card through MasterCard but it won’t accept it for some reason. What type of card can I get if not his one?

You can sign up for the PayPal Cash debit card.  This card is linked directly to your PayPal balance. The card is no cost and there are no monthly fees.

You can add funds to your account with PayPal Cash.
