I tried to link three different master cards to pay for an item online and it keeps saying, 'card not accepted add a new card', I got frustrated. They finally limited my account after many trials. I logged in to resolve the issue, they requested for three items which I provided, these items include my National ID, bank statement and credit card details. I was charged 1.95USD for credit card verification and it was stated that it would be refunded after it had been accurately verified. After verification, they didn't refund me my money back. Checked my balance today since yesterday and I still haven't been refunded. I want my money back please.
