Debit Card

When I try to link my debit card it shows your card has been already linked with another card. I am not aware that someone might have misused my card.

how can I check that whose user id has linked my card?

Have you ever had another Paypal account that your card was linked to?

Could your partner / spouse have it linked to their Paypal account?
