DEBIT CARD LINKING PROBLEM

I tried to link my Debit Card. I entered all details, But OTP was not coming to my newly updated mobile number. OTP was sent to my old number which was not currently in use. I updated my new mobile number in bank data. How can I solve this issue? Please Guide me...

Welcome to the PayPal Community and thank you for the post. 

 

I understand you are having difficulties in adding a card to your PayPal account. If you are running into an authentication check while trying to link your card, you need to contact Customer Service. You can find our number by going to the 'Contact' section at the bottom of the PayPal webpage and select "Call us".

 

If you are referring to confirm the card, you'll be able to find the code on your card statement.
