Customer Service not responding - change currencies not working - withdrawing money not working

Dear All,

 

Kindly help, I have been trying to transfer my money to my visa card and it gives me a 'we can't at the moment' message. It's been like that for more than a month. I contacted the help center several times and they do not respond, why is that?

Also, I have money in two different currencies in my account, I want to change one of them to the other one, but it doesn't happen either. Would someone explain to me what's happening?
