Like many others here paypal seem to have stopped answering their phone. For a premium service I am extremely disappointed at the poor support and crazy wait times (oh despite this been my 3rd phone call which nobody in paypal has answered. As a business when we pay for a service having timely and effective customer support would be nice. Will be looking for alternatives for the future.
