Current Country is Australia but I am now located in NZ

Account was originally setup in Australia, Im now currently living in NZ and have NZ back accounts! When trying to setup the bank accounts it will only let me setup Australian bank accounts how do I change this to an NZ bank account to withdraw available funds please?

PayPal accounts are country specific. When moving residence to different country, the old account must be emptied out and closed unless an active billing address is still maintain there.

You have to open an NZ PayPal account to use NZ based account and financial info:
