So, I'd like to know how to set my bank's currency conversion rate as my default conversion rate? On some sites I can see the option to choose PayPal's or my bank's conversion rates, but on some sites I can't make the selection. Is there a way I can change it to my bank's conversion rate by default? There used to be an option before, but I can't see it anymore. I hope PayPal isn't using this method to charge customers unfairly.
