If I purchase something that is priced as USD, would I get charged curreny conversion or foreign transaction fees? My paypal account is linked to my debit card which is registered with a UK bank. I will not be using any sort of paypal money.
You pay them in their currency and before you click to pay it will tell you how much in your currency will be debited from your linked funding source including any currency conversion charges.
