My bank account in Costa Rica that i use for Paypal has the currency USD (banks here give an option to choose between Costa Rican Colones or USD). When i use my paypal to make transactions, i see the amount is first converted from USD to CRC and back to USD to make a transaction.
I guess Paypal assumes all Costa Rica banks works only with USD... is it possible to not go crazy with the conversions and somehow just pay USD for USD?
