I'm getting this error message whenever I try to convert USD to PHP: "We’re sorry, things don’t appear to be working right now. Try again later." How do I fix this?
Found a solution: in Chrome, open Paypal in an "incognito window", the currency conversion will then work smoothly.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
