Sorry if this situation has created an inconvenience. It sounds like your transaction may be impacted by our security system. When sending payments through PayPal, our security system weighs the risk of every transaction that processes through our system. If you're unable to make the transfer, you are always able to try at a later time. If it still doesn't work, this would mean that we don't feel comfortable allowing the transaction to complete.

Well Drew are you and the security system gonna feel comfortable paying the interest on the account ? I needed that money for a second job an opportunity that I might have now missed out on. As far as I recall I'm responsible for the repayment of the funds so why can I not allocate how they are spent if you would like to decide then u pay it back.
