Credit fraud

There is a credit inquiry from PayPal on my credit report. I didn't apply for anything. I called PayPal and they told me to contact Equifax. I called Equifax and they told me to contact PayPal. Is there any way to contact someone at PayPal directly? Someone who can actually help me and not send me in circles.

I already called that number and they told me to call Equifax. I'll try that website though. Thanks.
