How many credit/debit cards maximum I can add to to my PayPal account. And how much time it will take to add money to the account from cards.

I am not aware of any limit on how many cards you can add. I have accounts with 10+ cards attached.

If the cards are valid, when you choose them as a funding source the payment will be immediate.
