I’m trying to link my card to my account but it keeps saying that my car is linked to another account which is the account I deleted ( but before that I deleted my card from it and I received an email for that )

Clear your cookies/cache and allow 72 hours for paypals system to play catch up before you can add it again.

But you may only be allowed to link it x3 times to any paypal account in that cards lifetime.
