I deleted my Master Card by mistake. I tried to add it again but it is being declined. Any help. thank you

I am having the same issues and Paypal is **bleep** me off. There is no way to talk to an agent to help me. I called my CC company to make sure it wasn't on that side. They said it was not them. Of course you cannot talk to anyone at freaking Paypal. I am beyond **bleep**.

My problem has been solved. I messaged paypal from the message centre and I was contacted by one of their representatives. She was very helpful.
