Credit card problem

I opened PayPal account for the first time and when i try to link my credit card, i cant can someone help me!?

Is the card issued in your country?

Does the billing address match your paypal account address?

Is it in your name?

Is it a card paypal accept ie not a virtual or prepaid card?

Have you confirmed the card with the 4 digit code or have you not got that far.
