Credit card linking declined

Please I can't link my two credit card to my PayPal account,  all declined,,

Please is there another way to link it?

Welcome to the community. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues adding these cards. It sounds like they are being declined by your card issuer. Please make sure the name and address registered to your cards are the exact same as the details registered to your PayPal account. We accept most cards with the Visa, MasterCard or AMEX logo.
