Credit card linked to another account - and I don't have access to it

Hello, so if you read the title, that is my problem. I don't know when I added that card to another account (if I even added it), and would like to somehow remove it from there. Do you have any tips?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
