Can I ask someone to send me money through paypal without cinforming credit card? I am still waiting for the code from paypal to confirm my card and my business partner is waiting to send me money. Dear eam, ppease hep me.

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.
