hello paypal, can you help me i got issue with my credit card. today i tried to verify my card. it said entered 4 digits code after then i entered wrong digits code. and now my card was removed

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
