Since PayPal Credit is now handed over to Syncrony bank to manage, it is more likely you get cut a paper check for it if the credit balance hasn't been used within a couple billing cycles.
Fyi, you have a business account where there is no PayPal cash balance account to speak of, its only applicable for personal accounts. It's simply called PayPal balance with business accounts.
