Hello, when I try to link my card it tells me that it is linked to another account, the previous account deleted it, how can I solve it?

Did you remove the card before you deleted the account?

If not then only customer services can help you to remove it from a closed account.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
