I've got an issue. Today I transferred money from my paypal account to my credit card so I can buy something online(the site doesn't have a paypal option for payment) and I haven't received it yet even though the option for credit card transfer says it'll take only a few minutes. On my paypal account I got a transcation notification that the exchange was complete yet I don't have any money on my credit card. Any help?
