Credit Card Transfer

Hi all, I have always been able to transfer from my balance to my credit card but I'm not able to do so dfor the last few days. I've tried removing the card and linking it again but to no avail. Any help on how to go about fixing this would be greatly appreciated.

Really? Because card withdrawal is not available in SA.

You must withdrawal to bank account via fnb:
