Credit Card Declined

I want to link my credit card to my paypal account but it tells me "Your card has been declined" for some reason. Please help!

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.

I'm from Morocco and I already have a credit card linked to my paypal account and I want to link a new one. That's my problem
