I'm having an issue with my debit card ( Visa Virtual account ). When I try to connect it with your service there is an error and my card is not accepted. I have sufficient funds on the card and I contacted my bank about it. They told me that it is only for internet use and you have to use a certain kind withdrawal procedure (E-commerce) . So I would like to resolve this issue and they told me to contact you , I'm living in Serbia and I'm awaiting a certain payment. I would be very grateful if you can help me and we can solve this together
Is the virtual card registered under the name and billing address that matches your PayPal account? If it does, then its the type of card you are using the is the problem. PayPal is not very compatible with virtual cards. Try a plastic card.
