When I try to convert GBP to US it says "Some required information is missing or incomplete. Please correct your entries and try again." I have done this several times over the past few months and none of my information has changed. It is a glitch?

I had this same issue but found a fix.
Go to Account Settings -> Money, banks and cards -> scroll down to Currency Management -> click Add A Currency and add whichever currency you are trying to convert.
After doing this, it should convert over to USD.
🙂

Thank you for this, I have been struggling with it for over a week! No help from PayPal's specialist team whatsoever! I just tried this and it worked perfectly!

Thanks for this, it solved my currency conversion problem too.
I would like to point out to Paypal that the on-page help information indicated that when a payment is received in a currency which was not in my list, I would be able to sort it there and then. Under the help topic "How do I receive a PayPal payment in another currency?", it says "If you receive a payment in a currency you don’t hold, the payment will show as Unclaimed. You will see options to Accept or Refuse the payment.". However, when I looked at my activity, the payment received in the other currency shows as "Completed"; hence me needing to look for a solution to this issue. Perhaps the help topic should link to the above profile path instead?
Additionally, the OP mentioned the error message "Some required information is missing or incomplete. Please correct your entries and try again". You may wish to know that I also got the notification message "Some account information is missing or incorrect." but once I have added the additional currency and indeed converted the funds successfully, I'm still getting that notification. As there is no indication of what is missing, and clicking on it goes to my summary page but it then reappears upon going to another page, then this would appear to be a bug.
