Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.

I have sussed it out myself, but thankyou. Every time I tried to convert it from Euro to GBP it just kept sending me to GBP into Euro, so you have to click on the Euro symbol and click close currency, then it will say you have to convert first, that is when it lets you convert it.
