I have been asked to confirm my card by entering the 4 digit no that appears on my bank statement. I do so but I am then told that it is not valid. I am unable to get beyond the request to confirm changes so cannot access the Contact Us details as instructed. Help!
Are you adding a bank account in the bank account section on your paypal account OR are you adding a debit card in the card section on your paypal account?
Is the bank account a UK one and the name on the account exactly match your paypal account name.
Is any cards billing address exactly the same as your paypal account address?
