I need to get in touch with PayPal themselves in order to set up a transfer system to my local bank. The bank has confirmed that it is possible, but that I need to start the process with PayPal. However the direct eMail contact is not working and I can't seem to reach them via the phone number. I am in El Salvador and was wondering if anyone knows any other way to contact them?
You can't add a local bank account in your country. You can only add a linked card.
The only exception is U.S expats can add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts (paypal is a U.S company so they allow their citizens to do this).

Thanks for the fast reply. I am aware I can't directly link the account, however is it not possible to realize transfers from my PayPal account to a bank account in this country? For example as an international transfer?
